Pennsylvania Teen Crashes Car Into Occupied Home.

Just before 6:00 p.m. this past Wednesday, a 19 year-old driver, Dwayne Martin, and his 18 year-old passenger crashed through the front door of a home in Lancaster County, PA.

Local Lancaster County Police said that at least one person was home at the time of the car accident, but fortunately, they were not hurt. Martin and his passenger also escaped the auto crash without personal injuries. The same could not be said for Martin’s car or the home he crashed into, which both sustained extensive property damage.

Martin told police that he may have fallen asleep at the wheel before crossing over a lane of traffic and crashing into the home.

Though the investigation is ongoing, police say that charges could be filed in connection with the car crash.
