Three drivers were injured on June 14, 2013, when a truck rammed into two cars that were stopped on the side of the Southbound Expressway.
There was very limited visibility at 6:00 a.m. on the Expressway. Other auto accidents took place due to weather during that same commuting period on the highway.
One car was stopped at the side of the road, and the second car pulled over to lend assistance. A truck driver was unable to see clearly and accidentally rear-ended both of the stopped cars.
